RT 06/07 Head, Pejaten Timur Urban Village, Ruri (49), admitted the flag distribution can be a form of awareness for citizens to love their country more.

"Residents are invited to ignite the spirit of nationalism by displaying the red and white flags that have been distributed," she said, Wednesday (8/7).

Ruri added that his side had told residents to raise the flag to enliven the Independence Day.

Meanwhile, Pejaten Timur Urban Village Head, Rocky A Tarigan, explained his side targets 200 flags distribution for resident.

"110 flags have been distributed to resident since August 5, 2024. The remaining 90 flags will be distributed up to next Friday," he explained.
